  4. After March 31 all registrants will be charged an additional $50 full or $25 daily.
  5. Pay for your registration by credit card using PayPal, or
    bring a check to the registration desk payable to     "TACLS"
  6. Refund requests must be made by March 31.

    Educational and health care institutions can register multiple attendees using paper form.

ASCLS members: Full $175. / Daily $100.    ASCLS Students: Full $ 50. / Daily $25.  Late fees will be applied.

Non-member: Full $275.  Daily $150.        Non-member Students: Full $100.  Daily $50.  Late fees will be applied.
